Exam 2 Info
- On LearningSuite (do NOT go to the Testing Center)
- Open anything we have provided for you in class: your notes, lecture notes, past HW, past in-class analyses, past mini-projects and tutorial videos.
- CLOSED OTHER PEOPLE (must do it on your own)
- Video proctoring (you must take on a computer with a webcam)
- MUST COMPLETE IN 1 SITTING (no saving and exiting)
- Everyone can take up to 2 versions of the exam and we keep the high score among the two.
- After version 1 closes, you will be able to see which questions you missed and you can talk to TAs or instructors about them.
Exam Policies
Please note, there are actually 4 Exam 2’s on LearningSuite. Two of these are password protected and flagged as accommodations exams and are ONLY for those who have an accommodation through the University Accessibility Center (UAC) or the Athletics Office.
- If you do NOT have a letter from the UAC or Athletics (this is most of you), you will take the two non-accommodations exams at the due dates specified on LearningSuite.
- Version 1 - Anemia & IBM open 11/8-11/9
- Version 2 - Test Equality & Home Field open 11/11-11/12
Exam Policies Cont’d
- If you DO have a letter from the UAC OR Athletics and wish to use those accommodations, email stat121-accommodations@byu.edu and arrange to take the accommodations exams with reasonable extensions that correspond to your letter (usually 2ish day extension). According to accommodations letters, we MUST receive notification of your intent to use the accommodations BEFORE the regular exam closes.
